Kent and Medway: our home turf

Ability Plus is a Kent family business through and through. Our five showrooms — Ashford, Bluewater, Chatham Dockside, Herne Bay, and Sittingbourne — put us within easy reach of most of Kent and Medway, and it's where the large majority of our customers, home demonstrations, and installations happen.

Stairlifts: the whole of Kent

Our stairlift installation, servicing, and repair engineers work out of our Sittingbourne engineering hub and cover the whole of Kent. If you're anywhere in the county, we can survey, fit, and support your stairlift.

Home demonstrations and other services

For mobility scooters, powerchairs, wheelchairs, and other home demonstrations, we generally cover Kent and Medway, plus areas within roughly 50 miles of one of our stores. In practice this can extend into parts of East Sussex, Surrey, south London, and Essex, depending on your postcode.

Even if a home visit isn't practical, many of our products can still be delivered, and we're happy to talk through options over the phone.
